I’m Jacob Alan Clark, an Austin-based director and DP with more than a decade behind the camera, telling stories across film, commercials, and documentaries. I believe the best filmmaking starts with intention leading into preparation, collaboration, and once the story is found; protecting it.
That approach has earned my work 11 Telly Awards, multiple Emmy nominations, and recognition across my diverse portfolio of work. But accolades aren’t the goal. Whether I’m telling a brand’s story or making a film, my job is to figure out what the story needs, then make every decision in service of it.
